Secretary PBTA inspected on 20-04-2021 Blood Bank Lady Atchison Hospital Lahore.

Some improvements observed in comparison to last visit. But still need a lot to get license. No doctor in evening and night shift. Requested administration for rectification of observations and to depute doctor at evening and night shifts.
