Secretary PBTA visited and inspected Blood bank of THQ Hospital Jampur Rajanpur on 03-05-2021.

Observations communicated to MS, THQ Hospital Jampur, District Rajanpur Dr. Fiaz Ahmad. A lot of deficiencies need to be rectified before issuance of license. MS promised to implement SOP’s with full sprit.
